Can I secure licensing permission over the phone or via email?

We are unable to confirm availability or fees for a title via email or phone, to do this we need to receive an application from you. It is free to apply and an application does not commit you to performing the title, but it will confirm the availability and price for you. If you decide not to proceed you can cancel the request.
