I haven’t decided when or where I will be performing the play; can I still apply for the rights?

No, we cannot issue licenses without a proposed venue and performance dates.

If you know the approximate performance dates but know the exact number of performances, you can apply for performances within a defined range if the range is not too wide. The exact performance dates must be communicated to your licensing representative once they are confirmed.

If your performance dates or venue change after applying, then please email your representative with those changes and they will assist you. Please do not submit a new licence application unless you are instructed to do so.
