Cancellation protocol is outlined in your licence agreement. We will be happy to refund performance fees as appropriate so long as we are notified by email as soon as possible. Please use the relevant email from the following list to notify the correct department:

If you are producing a musical and your music materials have not shipped, a full refund can be issued. No refund of materials fees is available in connection with music materials that have already been shipped to you.
If you are a Professional group, please email [email protected] with the details of your cancellation, and your licensing representative will be in touch to discuss options under the terms of your licence agreement.
