My show is over and I returned my materials. When do I get my refund?

Concord Theatricals does not charge Deposit fees for musicals, therefore no refund will be provided once your materials are returned.

All materials must be returned within thirty (30) days of your final performance date. If your materials are not timely returned, your organisation will be put on hold and all future license applications will be suspended. Purchased scripts (i.e. Acting Edition, Large Print, Stage Manager Edition) do not need to be returned. Only items listed in the Rental Package section in your agreement or the packing list that came in your original rental shipment.

Once your production has ended, please return your materials to:
